One can be creative while doing any work, but to be creative one needs
to be random... but as we know making a random system is a
jinx........ therefore we go for pseudorandom systems where we
increase the possibilities so much that the output seems random... and
same is with humans.

But but but.. the more efficient a person becomes, the more controlled
his environment becomes... the less random he is and without
randomness... ushering creativity is very tough.... as creativity is
not deterministic.. its not linear.. it's more.... and it requires
time.

Give yourself time to be creative... give yourself a chance to
change... some time to breathe... some time to sleep.. some time to
laugh... some time...
