I always wondered why does it take so much time for people to create something? Why can't bridges be constructed in a day, why can't all development take place today.. why are we suffering and waiting for tomorrow to solve our problems. For every big problem there is someone with a big idea. Though every one may not be as enthusiastic about that idea.. but that's the point with people they lack the capability to look beyond....

Why are bridges not made in one day?
There are physical limits, people have their own limits. Eventully we don't want any haphazard thing to be made, we want a controlled thing to be made in a specific controlled way. So in order to keep things controlled, we need to fix roles, and then mount people with various responsibilities. As every person has multiple works the net output is low.

So why give multiple works?
Because there are communication overheads, if there are too many people then we would ending up creating people. As they say putting more men into a late project is like putting more females to give birth in a month.. so it's just not useful.

How to speed up things.
Find highly capable, dedicated people. Make the project the only thing in their lives and make them finish it in some fixed time.. with a deadline every 1 or 1.5 month.. every project can be like taking an admission into a college where you are sure you would be out at the end of four years and you have this time to create, create big time.

Why aren't my projects having a jumpstart.
Because i am busy in 1000's of things, i am trying to optimize but it just isn't possible beyond a limit. And also there is a lack of inspiration, it i see someone doing it then i would have some ego fight and do it. Till the time i don't have such ego fight things wouldn't move forward.

What are my views on expanding the teams.
Expanding the teams doesn't always necessarily help, but yes for continuity of anything you have to include the young and have an exit path.. create, create fixed opportunities which have social acceptance such that people dream about that opportunity.. give it to people and smoothly exit the scene and then create something new.

What are the most important things.
Some fixed schedule, some things that just have to be done.. are all physical, intellectual, social etc.. these are the things which should be unquestionable. They just have to be done. Then one should also have friends to have fun with.. and also a base place called home where one can run in the moments of burnout. And after all these one should have thought leading to action and action leading to thought.

This is the best compromise i have found.. we want stability but we also want to so something new and this precisely gives us time to do all that.

How can one become a creator, in this world filled with dampers to damp every thought of action and creation.
Yes, there are dampers and they are there just to avoid excessive uncontrolled action. One has to be strong enough to work around those dampers as they are few of the initial tests of many to come.

Finally one should strain oneself to the limit to think-create-think-do-think and in order to sustain that psyche.. do the other bits i have already mentioned. But this all is only true if you are at my level of thought.. if you are at a different one.. then first try synching with me..
